Sometimes I get a bit rabid about dumb things… like socks which lose each other. I mean, I don’t throw them away! And yesterday I cleaned out the entire house of clothes to find a pile of socks I haven’t been able to find since before Christmas. Well, these videos show you just how well THAT worked.

So, Dragon*Con planning is already happening. I just put up the start of the track schedule for Podcasting today at the new website: http://www.dragon-pod.com/ Go there and join if you want to help form the schedule and help suggest events and panels. Also, we are taking people who want to help out with the track as staff volunteers. In the message boards there is more information about how to do that and what we need from you. 

This year, Dragon*Con is growing at an alarming rate! The convention is going to be a FOUR hotel convention, so it now engulfs the Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton, AND the Sheridan!  Hotel rooms are booking up FAST, the Mariott is already sold out, the Hyatt has a ‘few’ rooms left, and the Hilton and Sheredon both have a some rooms left. If you can’t get into any of the main hotels, try some of the ‘secondary’ hotels. One of the ones that is VERY close and within walking distance is the Travelodge on Courtland Street, sometimes they will still have rooms, and it is a VERY close hotel, and quite cheap. I’ll post here a lot more once I get my life a bit more ‘together’ which might be sometime after TAM 6. Which is another amazing convention that me and  Swoopy will both be at, and we are doing a presentation this year at! :)
